The A120 has now been partially re-opened after a serious crash where a lorry went into a bridge near Colchester.

The incident, on the eastbound carriageway between the A133 and the Ardleigh Interchange, completely shut the road for around two hours on Tuesday morning (May 17).

Now, traffic is moving on one of the two lanes of the westbound side of the dual carriageway, heading towards Colchester – while the other lane is still shut past the scene because of bridge damage.
