Travellers who pitched up at a playing field in Braintree have been told to move on the the council. The eight caravans arrived on Tuesday night next to Queen's Road parade of shops. The vehicles are stilled parked on the Meadowside area of grass, next to Coldnailhurst Avenue. Residents have complained that rubbish has been left strewn across the field.
